Deep AI Solutions Inc respects the privacy of the senior living facilities we serve and the visitors who land on deepvision.care. This policy describes what we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the rights you have.
1. Information we collect
Information you give us
- Inquiry form data. When you contact us about the Clarity Audit or a subscription, we collect your name, facility name, role, email address, phone number, and any free-text message.
- Account and billing data. If you subscribe to a Service, we collect your facility’s business details and, through our payment processor, the billing information needed to process payment (we do not store full card numbers ourselves — see Section 3).
- Correspondence. Email or other communications you send us in the course of evaluating or using our Services.
Information collected automatically
- Server logs. Our hosting provider (Vercel) logs request metadata including IP address, user agent, timestamp, and URL path, retained on a rolling 60-day window for security and operational purposes.
- Cookies. The Site uses only essential cookies required for navigation and security. We do not run third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
Information from AI providers
When we run a Clarity Audit for your facility, your facility name, city, and category are sent as part of prompts to ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Perplexity. The full text of those providers’ responses, including any business information a model surfaces about your facility, is stored so we can generate your visibility report.
2. How we use information
- To deliver the Services you request, including running Clarity Audits and generating visibility reports.
- To process payment and manage your subscription, including your Geographic Exclusivity Zone.
- To respond to inquiries and provide support.
- To send transactional emails about your audit, subscription, or account.
- To improve the Services, including model evaluation and reliability work.
- To produce aggregated, de-identified research and benchmarks.
- To detect, prevent, and respond to fraud, abuse, and security incidents.
- To comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell or rent personal information. We do not use your information to train our own machine-learning models or to train third-party models, beyond the per-query inference calls necessary to deliver the Services.
3. Sub-processors
We rely on the following third-party providers to operate the Services. Each is contractually bound to handle data only as instructed and consistent with this policy.

4. Data retention
Inquiry form data, audit results, and entity profiles are retained for the life of your engagement and for up to twelve months after termination, after which they are deleted or de-identified. Billing records are retained as required by tax and accounting law. Server logs are retained for sixty days.
5. Security
We use commercially reasonable physical, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, and destruction. If you believe your information has been compromised, contact us immediately at hello@deepvision.care.
6. Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port your personal information. To exercise any of these rights, email hello@deepvision.care with the subject line “Privacy Request.”
7. California residents (CCPA/CPRA)
If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect, the right to request deletion, and the right to opt out of any “sale” or “sharing” of personal information. 8. Texas residents (Texas Data Privacy and Security Act)
Deep AI Solutions is headquartered in Texas and DeepVision serves Texas senior living facilities. Under the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act (TDPSA), Texas residents may confirm whether we process their personal data, access and correct it, request deletion, obtain a portable copy, and opt out of targeted advertising, sale of personal data, or profiling in furtherance of legally significant decisions. We do not sell personal data or use it for targeted advertising. Exercise these rights by emailing hello@deepvision.care.
9. EU and UK residents (GDPR / UK GDPR)
For visitors in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or Switzerland, the legal basis for processing your data is your consent, the performance of a contract with you, our legitimate interests, or compliance with a legal obligation. Where consent is the basis, you may withdraw it at any time.
10. Children
The Services are intended for business users and are not directed to anyone under eighteen. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under eighteen.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above.
